The works threw up some areas that I had not anticipated, such as rotten joists due to long term leak, out of line walls and ceilings as the house is almost 100 years old but throughout they explained and discussed with me what they were going to do each step and completed to an exceptionally high standard. Helped me source products which would have been more costly if I had sourced myself. I kept my old cast iron bath and they worked around this adding a modern twist. The tradesmen professional, helpful and trustworthy."

"Im very glad I chose John to complete the work needed in my apartment, I was a bit anxious with the amount of work that was involved in creating a whole new space for myself that I could enjoy, but with Johns planning and help it was actually an enjoyable experience. He started with the flooring in the kitchen and living area and re tiled the whole area and then we had the task of ripping out a bathroom and moving two walls to improve the size and give me a walk in shower.
