JD Building came to repoint our chimney stack and add flashing as we were getting leaks over the winter. As soon as the weather was clear, the guys set up and sorted the work. Good communication and kept us in the loop with work needed and even offered advise on other tasks for things we can fix DIY saving us money on other potential projects. We will be using for more works in the future.

Could not recommend JD Building & Maintenance enough. From the start Jordan kept me informed where things were up to and timescales. I have never met a cleaner builder, they did everything they could each day to keep the work space and surrounding clean which amazed me with the size. Nothing was too much, I even changed the internal layout halfway through and they accommodated happily. I feel so blessed to have found them as I heard so many horror stories. Thank you so much for everything

Couldn't be happier with Jordan and Ashley, they did an excellent job with our single storey extension and bedroom alterations. I'd met with a few builders but Jordan and Ash were always punctual, polite and gave the best quote. Even when the build threw up some unexpected issues they always had solutions and were happy to do some other jobs I needed doing. They were also very helpful in recommending other tradesmen for work they couldn't get to (full rewire, some joinery work and chimney issues). Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
