James is fantastic. Very efficient and reliable. I have had James work on a few jobs for us, from exterior cladding, to loft conversions. Work is finished to a very high standard, and takes that extra time to make sure everything is mm perfect, so much attention to detail and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend, and competitive rates too, which is great.

James of JDW Carpentry carried out a variety of carpentry jobs on our house renovation, including fitted wardrobes, laying cement boards to various floor, vanity units, fitted kitchen, external side gates, skirting and picture rail, door locks and boxing in. We are still in the process of renovating our house and will be using JDW Carpentry in the near future. James puts in a good days work, is always on time and has never let us down. Having recently moved to the area finding good tradesment was a challenge. I have faith and trust in James and would highly recommend his service.

Hello, my name is James, I can offer 30+ years of experience. Working in all fields of carpentry and gaining many other skills along the way. Trained with City & Guilds too advanced craft level in Carpentry and Joinery. And holder of a gold CSCS card. Completing levels 1-4 in general lock-smithing with the Master locksmith association. I am able to offer security advice through to fitting. Trained with BRE I can provide a fire door fitting service along with fire stopping works.
