Punctual, explained job well, investigated the problem thoroughly, cut hole in plaster on ceiling and wall to find leak. 2nd visit they removed a kitchen cabinet fixed leak adding new piping. It was then a few weeks before tradesperson came and filled in hole and plastered and painted where the hole was and put cabinet back on wall. He was prompt, courteous explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job. You wouldn't know there'd been holes. Overall workmen very good and would recommend. The staff on phones are really helpful and friendly too. Only downside is the cost its expensive

Two men arrived very prompt, found the leak in toilet wastepipe. They cut a small hole in ceiling and on the kitchen wall to check and discovered the dampness and leak. They explained everything and what they'd have to do. Came the following week (fortunately the house was unoccupied). Again they were prompt, did the job of putting in a new pipe efficiently. They took a cabinet off the wall exposing black mould and said let it air. They weren't cheap but great job and Jennings receptionists v. Pleasant on phone. Now waiting on Jennings tradesman to patch everything which is taking longer.

Having rejected companies that wanted to charge £500 to visit and find a leak source (one of these only did a superficial 'non-invasive' inspection), I found Jennings plumbers and arranged a visit. Their engineer, Alban, lifted tiles in the affected area with my permission and discussed the issue with me and my builder/decorator and produced a report which I am able to use for insurance purposes. A follow up visit is needed but happy with service, professionalism and cost (£100 plus VAT for the hour-long inspection)
