Install new gas oven Jack was on time.. and he did a excellent job

Boiler stopped working no central heating He was due to get to mine at 11. At 11.15 I phoned him, he said he was 7 minutes away. At 11.30 he phoned again to ask if there was any parking. I told him there was and he went off to look apparently. At 11.40 I phoned to ask him if he’d found somewhere to park. He said yes he had and he was just getting his tools out of the van. At 11.58 he called, or somebody did but to be honest it actually sounded like somebody else, to say he was outside my house (he wasn’t coz I was actually standing outside my house) and he couldn’t do the job because he had a bad back. Clearly a complete waste of time. Unprofessional. I’ve taken a day off work. Answer from tradesperson: I was outside your house in a grey vauxhall you have a black door which was open. Im not lying about having a bad back it went last night after yesterdays job doing a cooker exchange and lifting the other one out of the property to get rid of it for the customer. I woke up this morning and could walk and came to your property and could not get out the car. Im not unprofessional its the gods honest truth. I will go to the hospital and have a scan and send it to you. Im not a liar be any means or a waste of time. Fit dual fuel cooker. Completed in a timely manner. Very respectful of house, taking shoes off, tidying up etc. Polite, took time to read appliance info before installing. No hesitation in recommending.

No hot water We had a few challenges but Jack remained professional and completed the job in hand. I will be using Jack again.

Cooker installation (gas job) Cancelled the job at last minute. Answer from tradesperson: Yes i cancelled because it wasnt worth my time to come all the way to southawk through the congestion charge for £45 would of made about £20 after paying congestion charge and disel for my van.
