He came on the initial survey and explained the work that would be required and was upfront about the cost. My wife, quite a stickler for tidiness, was concerned that those works would make quite a mess. She need not have worried as the work carried out was very neatly done. I am happy that we now have the charge point and additional sockets as requested, and my dear missus is happy too that we do not require any plastering and decorating. One job, two happy customers."
