"They were engaged to service and repair guttering, but found other defects such as roof felt degrading. Repairs were carried out quickly, and at the time of writing, and after a 'shower' or two of rain, no leaks. However, as I am at semi detached house and I share the guttering run with my neighbour, repairs to my guttering caused a leak in his. I am sure they would have come to repair that free of charge, but my neighbour did not want me to contact them and preferred to sort it out himself. To be fair, they couldn't have known about this at the time."

Had agreed £80 on phone to replace two leaking joints on guttering. They arrived on time and said joints were ok but gutting was blocked. My guttering runs into neighbours so we both paid him £60 each . Then said neighbour guttering was angled wrongly so charged another£60 to adjust. Then said he’d needed to replace a joint so charged me original £80 . Went away with £260 and it still leaks. Contacted him and said he’d come round 2 in weeks but didn’t. Have tried ringing but phone switched off so have been texting for weeks but no reply. Still trying 3 months later
