"This man came because my tap was leaking although it functioned well apart from that. He fitted a tap. When I tried the tap (kitchen mixer tap) it did not have the same flow as before and I could only add a small amount of cold before it ran cold. It was not like this before. I tried to explain but he would not have it, he became very defensive and said that the tap had not worked before (this is untrue) His manner was intimidating and he clearly did not want to rectify the situation. I strongly recommend that people do not use this man, his attitude and customer service is appalling."
