Due to a leak in our ceiling John arrived as scheduled to inspect and we were told the felt needed replacing. It was decided whole roof be done. Work arranged quickly and job completed in one day. It rained at the end which may have complicated. Were told someone needed to come back and finish, which they did. An insurance assessor visited and took pictures and showed work not completed to a good standard. Tiles were not in place and the gulley was messy/wonky and incomplete. After much chasing more work was done but we have no photos to review. Scaffolding still up. Leak has now stopped.

Excellent job. Very knowledgeable and considerate, everything professionally done, with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
