Work began early June. Concrete had to dry so plastic seal was left. Weather turned rainy. Since then I have contacted this company at each opportunity of dry weather, to get the task finished. They forget or "will send someone round" who never actually arrives. A tile near the chimney work they did fell off and their new concrete lets in the rain so I have damaged wallpaper in the room beneath the repair. They have started making excuses for non attendance and now all their phones are on voice mail only. I paid £2000 for an improvement, it isn't finish and now the roof is worse.
