He worked with us around timescale constraints and his positive and creatively solution-focused approach meant that whenever he hit a snag (floor level being 20mm out; wrong shower screen delivered; previous bathroom tiles so securely stuck that most just wouldn’t come off) he had at least one alternative. He and Luke worked hard to deliver our vision. Brilliant service, great comms and positive, hardworking approach made it a pleasure to have these two professionals in the house."
