Jordan replied to my advert the same evening and arranged to come and look at the problem the following day. He arrived promptly and quickly identified the issue and explained he would need to buy a replacement part. He isolated the toilet from the mains so we could have our water on in the meantime. He returned and carried out the repair today (actually arrived 45 mins early after checking first) We are really pleased with his work and reasonable price. On top of his plumbing skills, Jordan is a very personable guy. He took time to explain the problem, and carried out his work with no fuss. If we have any future plumbing jobs Jordan will be the first person we call. Highly recommended. Thanks Jordan

Bathroom sink taps leaking through to downstairs ceiling Jordan was fabulous from start to finish...very professional..showed me exactly what the problem was...had all the parts I needed in advance to the call out...very responsive when I had the emergency last night...will definitely be using him again...nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't be happier...very clean and tidy an went the extra mile...what's not to love!! Little water from hot top / no water to dishwasher Jordan was superb. Very polite, punctual and got the job done to a high standard in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend and will be giving him a call if anything else is needed.

Shower trap leak and thermostat on shower repair very good and would highly recommend . Jordan looked at the job and made some recommendations that would save some money and disruption. He talked me through the process and let me know exactly what were the issues. Clean, tidy and very polite and professional.
