Other locksmiths I rang in Chester just took basic details and quickly quoted quite a high price for relatively straightforward work. When I spoke to Joe at JPR Locksmiths, he listened carefully to my problem before suggesting several possible remedies, one or two of which I could attempt myself, and a very reasonable price if I needed his services. With his advice, I solved the problem and saved a bill. I have recommended him to all my friends"
