James always responded in a timely manner to all of my communications to him, he gave me a no obligation quote, which I accepted. James arrived exactly when we had agreed, he completed the job, tidied up after himself and ensured he left the working area as he found it. I needed a fire door for my flat. James did a really good job, managing to overcome all sorts of problems with the non standard door and frame! He kept me informed at all times and even helped prevent a flood when a tap was accidentally left on in the flat!!! Cannot recommend him highly enough
