Plastering - as the plaster was dried quickly, cracks appeared after 4 weeks on all the walls. After the failed first attempt, met the Director who told us to ‘manage our expectations’! Attempt was made again, cracks still visible. Painting- poor finish. Due care was not taken to protect other surfaces. Electrical work- took few attempts to finish. Still awaiting the CERTIFICATES . Radiators- even after a few attempts, the issue is unresolved.
