Jimmy replaced all of my Velux windows. He has also done some roofing work for me in the past. His quote was reasonable and he always kept me informed about the progress on the job. He even liaised with my tenant which made it easier for me. I would definitely recommend Jimmy again.

We chose BWH to replace our guttering earlier this year and had no hesitation in going back to Jimmy to replace the flat roof when necessary. He also found and replace a broken tile which had been a past bodged repair and left us 3 spare ones in case we need them, at no extra cost. We have photos of every stage of the job and are extremely pleased with the end result. Had the clocks not changed at the weekend the work would have been completed in one day.

Jimmy quoted for a new fibre glass flat roof as well as fixing the flashing around the chimney stacks. He arrived on time and started working immediately, his work was very good and he kept it so tidy whilst working. The new roof looks superb and he cleaned up all the guttering when finished. We are so happy with our new roof and have already recommended him to others!

Jimmy came around to quote for the work within a couple of days, and then was able to complete it soon afterwards. He cemented a dividing wall, replaced leading, fixed a slipped time, and re-fixed some ridge tiles for me. He was really friendly, turned up on time and did the work absolutely satisfactorily. I trusted him, he communicated what he was doing and took pictures of all the work so that I could see it, and cleaned up before leaving. Very happy and would recommend highly to others.

The price we agreed was very reasonable. Jimmy organised scaffolding and kept me informed at all times. The job supposed to start the Saturday we had 80mph gust winds. I am glad he accepted postponing it! Jimmy kept photographi record of the job and used high quality materials in the repair. The finished work looks tidy and professional and I was showed before and after photos that give a good idea of what has been completed. There was rain following the completion of works and I haven't has a recurrence of the leek so all is good. JWH are professional, tidy and polite the the quote was very good. As someone who is naturally skeptical I would recommend JWH for roof repairs and would use them again for sure.

Could not have gone smoother. Jimmy quoted for the job, which was very fair, and said he could do it that day. He turned up on time and got straight to work. Gutters hadn’t been cleared for many years so there was a lot of rubbish, which he removed and took away. He was very personable and efficient and I would not hesitate to use him again. Jimmy came with his colleague and both of them were very polite and efficient. It started to rain while they were working and they waited for it to pass then resumed the job with no fuss. My gutters have been fine since they carried out the work with no overflow which had been a problem before.
