"Wall Split Air Conditioner Installation Daniel has done an excellent job in installing the Air Con in my home. He is an expert on what he is doing. He gave a very competitive price for the high end branded unit he provides. My house comes with an unusual shape, when it comes to hanging the external unit. This required Daniel to work extra hours to complete the task. For which he did not charge me extra. I found that a very good gesture. Overall, it was a very smooth and comfortable steps to deal with KAIA Engineering and gave a satisfaction as client. I highly recommend them 100%."

Air conditioning Just dreadful. I had to keep messaging not one reply - I sent an email then and then I called then and they said they would get back to me. I have a friend who is desperate for air conditioning in their restaurant and I was trying to save their trade . Daniel knew this - they couldn’t care less . What has happened to everyone ? (Updated on 30 Jun 2021) Answer from tradesperson: Hi Shane it’s Daniel I am sorry if we didn’t get to you sooner. Samantha booked me in to see you Thursday unfortunately the email didn’t reach you in time. What has happened to everyone? Summer is here and we are rushed off our feet, all restaurants and households need new air conditioning or repairing and everyone wants their air conditioning done yesterday, unfortunately at the moment it’s 16-18 hour days. We do take a lot of care in our work and our customers are very important to us. I apologise if there has been miscommunication along the way and I hope that we can resolve this matter. Air Con System pipe work connections and commissioning Kaia Engineering did a fantastic job installing my new air conditioning units. Daniel the engineer was punctual, friendly, efficient and a real professional. I would Highly recommend them for any air conditioning work.
Air conditioner unit removal - already decommissioned Daniel did a great job removing our defunct air conditioning units. He took great care at 'making good' of all of the voids left behind and also took the units away for disposal. He kept us up to date throughout the process and clearly knew his stuff. We are considering another set of works for old external air conditioning units and wouldn't hesitate to contact or recommend Daniel in the future. (Updated on 8 Nov 2020)
