Poor quality of finish, lied about fixing issues, when he did “fix” them it was merely covering over with sealant, had to withhold payment to get him to fix problems after he said it was all finished (and there was a big list), refused to give an invoice, has refused to collect rubbish that I’ve paid for him to collect, ignored my messages to get the invoice and rubbish collected and was left with no other alternative (as there was no other way of getting hold of him) than to turn up at his house to discuss this and he sent me away and sent abusive messages
