He arrived within an hour and was gracious enough not to laugh when he twisted the key to the correct orientation and pulled it out easily. (Yes I had a senior moment) He then spent quite a bit of time discussing how to make unlocking the door easier for my wife. After a few options we found a way to make it happen, and he advised about helpful devices to make it even easier. Overall a very pleasant experience. I recommend Kevin wholeheartedly."
