"The work consisted of carrying out surveys to multiple properties, detailing works required to bring the dwellings up to Decent Homes standards. The surveys were done in a timely fashion and well presented, fully measured with explanatory notes and photographs and costed with a high degree of accuracy. In addition the Final Accounts produced were fully detailed - following a forensic trawl of available information and records together with the taking accurate site measurements - and showed a significant recovery of additional value."
