"Kevin was incredible! His response was very quick and was really reliable. Kept us updated with his whereabouts. He came to the house and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Kevin was highly knowledgeable - he knew what he was talking about! He was thorough in his checks to find the leak and found it! He was very calm and explained the issue in a way we could easily understand (including my parents with a language barrier). We work all day and he adapted to our lifestyle. He seemed like he wanted to help rather than just take our money! Would use his services again in a heartbeat!"

I was trying to get a quote for a chimney repair and the tradesman refused to disclose the estimate of the work without an upfront £350 deposit. When politely expressing I won't commit to a work assignment without a detailed breakdown of the costs, I was given a random ball-park estimate and any further questions I had were ignored, just rudely ghosted. Very unprofessional.
