"The tree fell though the roof of my mothers bungalow,destroying one side of it ,went to six different company’s to get different jobs done this company said they would be able to do everything which surprised me as it needed doing asap as my mother couldn’t live in it but they got it done and my mother is over the moon with the outcome and so are we , they are very friendly ."

The work carried out was substandard, with many gauges and divots mainly near the bottom of the wall where it meets the skirting board but also in other areas. Despite a return visit, the issues largely remained unresolved. Our carpets were left dirty and not in the original state they were met in, necessitating extra cleaning. Additionally, the plasterers had a bad attitude and we found them to be quite unprofessional. Overall, the quality, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service were highly unsatisfactory.
