"I often found myself with a blocked toilet, bath and basin . They sent out their engineer who was very thorough with the information provided. Unfortunately, one of the pipes had moved and was causing tissue to catch on the pipe. The engineer said instead of digging up part of my garden they had a cost effective solution which was to line that section. I have since had no issues and everything is in full working condition."
