"Steve from Kinross Builders was recommended from a friend of ours Who had an extension and part refurb done by him.We signed a contract for a single storey rear extension and kitchen fit out. He told us he only works on 1 project at a time and true to his word he was on site every day until the works was completed. They was very friendly and reassureing which helped us through the stressful times.There was a contract drawn up for a payment plan to which was very fair for both parties. We would gladly recommend Steve to anybody."
