"I would highly recommend, from the first point of contact they were extremely professional. The Office kept me informed of the procedure and insulation date, the men who arrived to do the work were outstanding. "The team were excellent. They had a real work ethic and worked long hours to ensure the job was completed on time. We told the team we were having major renovations done, and we weren't bothered about the existing carpets. The team insisted on protecting everything and ensured the house was tidy before they left."

"The team worked very efficiently and made as little mess as was possible given the job they had to do. They cleared up after themselves including using a vacuum cleaner to finish off. Plastic sheeting was laid to protect the floors from their shoes when coming in and out of the house. It is too soon to assess the effect of the insulation as the weather has not been cold enough for a clear difference to be noticed (installed in August). It is, however, promising so far."
