Asked Karl to widen a loft hatch and provide a ladder for it. Paid £250 upfront, balance due on completion. He messaged to say job not complete as he’d had to leave due to an emergency. When we got to the house there was soot all over the carpet and he’d cut the hatch such that the ladder couldn’t be folded out! We called and texted him over the next few weeks, but he failed to respond. Due to the urgent need to install a damp system in the loft we engaged another joiner; he charged us £600 to put things right. The soot cannot be removed from the carpet. So we are very out of pocket. Avoid!

Karl designed and worked with us to put in bespoke seating units in our new games room. It was quite a tricky job as they units needed to be deveoped from existing cupboards and remain in-keeping with the rest of the room. The job was truely excellent, and exactly what we where looking for, and to a very high standard.

We initially had someone come and start the job of renewing our decking. He didn't finish it and the work he'd done wasn't right. We got in touch with Karl who came when he said he would. Karl undertook the appalling work (it was bad) and has made a fantastic job of it. Lesson learnt, call in the professionals that way you won't be paying out again. Now we've found Karl We won't be letting him go! Great guy and great skills
