Dan apparently works for this company. He started off promising, polite hard working and the room he did finish was good. He asked me to pay him more than the agreed price because the room needed more work than original thought, it was a big room so I agreed provided he made good on the touching up. He asked me to pay for all materials in advance (I doubt he used the Zinsser agreed) which I did. Didn't finish job citing family issues and illness which I accept can happen but 1m later nothing! Eventually told him don't bother coming bk. No refund of money owed for materials not purchased! avoid
