KORR is an RIBA chartered architectural practice and OA-PT member, based in the UK and Portugal. We’ve been both architect and developer of our own buildings, so we know every stage of the construction process inside out. That means we anticipate problems, and we find solutions. STRATEGY To help you make the right strategic decisions, we can guide you through finding a property or acquiring land on which to build. We can undertake planning and sustainability appraisals, and we can gain planning permission on a difficult site. We have the experience, the knowledge, and the hands-on approach to take your project through the process, whatever the challenges. PROCESS We prepare the technical design, information and specifications to accompany each stage, using a powerful 3D programme to improve efficiency and communication.
