"Drainage work needing done. Ken is an extremely hard worker who takes pride in reliability and quality. His knowledge and experience enable him to adapt to unexpected findings. Nothing will beat him! Unlike many workmen, he works full days, always starting early and turning up on time. Lunch breaks are short as he likes to focus on the job. At the end of each day everything is left tidy and swept so clean you could almost walk in bare feet! As a single woman I really appreciated that when he saw things that needed done, even unrelated things, he just did them. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was always respectful when speaking to me, managing to find the fine line between friendly and professional. He is mindful to minimise costs while maintaining a high standard at all times. His price was very reasonable. As far as Ken is concerned, he will not leave the job until you are happy. I would highly recommend Ken if you are looking for someone to fix your drains."
"Groundwater - Drainage required. Job completed. Ken popped out and got straight to work investigating our issue. Unfortunately due to no cause to either party the process of rectification works was longer than either anticipated. However, through out start to finish Ken was always in touch and great to deal with through out. Couldn't recommend more."
