"Rich gave a competitive quote, and got the job thanks to his approachable nature and because it was very clear that he wanted the job. He was very keen right from the start. Rich made the plan for the decking very and easy for me to understand. His workmanship was exemplary as was his attitude. He will bend over backwards to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum. He’s a perfectionist and will always go the extra mile. If I need some more work done, I’ll be going straight to him. Thanks Rich!"
