"I cannot praise Landmark enough for what they have done to our property. We had been really struggling with a planning consultant who was not working out, so we gave Alfie a call and he was able to pick up where they left off. 3 years and one very painful planning application process later, we have secured consent for our barn conversion - which we thought was never going to happen. He was knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure every box was ticked. Now we will continue to work with him on the technical design and construction. Great job again guys! More..."

Founded by Alfie Goss, Landmark Design is a medium sized architectural practice based in Hampshire. We have the experience to manage a diverse range of architectural projects including design, planning permissions and Listed building consents. At Landmark Design we believe that every client/site combination is bespoke and therefore every project is uniquely tailored, taking full consideration of our client’s budget and requirements, the context of the site and its environs, sustainability and ecological concerns, as well as the statutory planning and building regulations requirements.
