Jake and his team helped turned out 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. We are so happy with the work. We love our new living room extension. We added on the garden design during the build, which Jake was happy to accommodate, and this turned out wonderfully. There are many more pictures that I could post. Jake had been recommended to us by our architect, who had already seen the quality of his work and knew he was reasonably priced. Every stage was signed off with Building Control first time. I want to give a big thank you to Jake and his team!

Jake was always very friendly and accommodating. He listened and responded to our requests and we had confidence in his work. Overall we were very pleased with the results.

Jake removed a French Window and replaced with an internal stud wall and also bricked up a conservatory wall which used to have a window in it. Jake was professional and explained the options and completed the work efficiently in the agreed timeframe. Jake communicated easily and an unforeseen issue with the brick wall was handled well and a clever solution to deal with the uneven brick lines on the house managed well. Would recommend.

L B Builders remodelled and built a rear extension to our property, involving removal of internal walls, installation of steelwork, raising of floor levels, kitchen installation and external works. We were really impressed with Jake and his team's approach, dedication and the quality of the workmanship and finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending L B Builders and will be using them again in the next few months for some additional works.
