Leadway Developments is more than just a local building company, we offer our clients a complete home improvement service covering all aspects of the building trade. From a two storey extension to fitting a dream kitchen or bathroom, plastering a bedroom or converting that unused garage into a warm and inviting study or TV room, Leadway are here to help with the smooth running of all your projects from start to finish. We offer free estimates and advice and our whole working philosophy is born from an idea that fantastic construction and home improvement, with a keen focus on detail and finish, need not cost the earth or be a painful, messy or unreliable experience. Our working principals. Nobody wants to live with the mess and disruption that comes with having building works carried out on the home. For most of us, our time is precious and the last thing we want to do is spend our time cleaning up after a bunch of builders have finished for the day. We understand this and make a great deal of effort ensuring that the impact of having any building works carried out on your home has as smaller impact on you as is possible. We will always protect your home by ‘sheeting-up’ at the start of the day and have a good clear up at the end of it. When the job is complete, one of the directors will come round and sign off the job, with you, making sure that all left over materials, waste products, old units etc, are all taken away, leaving you with a finished job you can enjoy and use straight away. Pride goes a long way. To us here at Leadway, it really doesn’t matter if you are creating a grand and lavish extension or having a small new basin and splash back fitted in a cloakroom, every job we undertake is given the same level of care and attention to detail that we would want in our own homes.
