Occupancy sensor switch. Unable to perform task Answer from tradesperson: Thanks for your feedback. I apologise that my vehicle had broken down after I had visited your property however, I must mention that I came on the night agreed to complete the job but was unable to complete the work as you explained we cannot turn the power off because of his tenants which then obstructed me from doing any work. As a goodwill gesture I did not charge my call out charge and also made some inquiries to get you another electrician to attend. Following this, I was assured the job isn’t urgent and can wait till after Christmas if I still wanted the job. In any case, I appreciate your feedback and hope to improve so I can better serve customers. All the best. Louie Reply created 21 Nov 2023
