Over the last five years I have had a series of leaks, some major some minor, thanks to an upstairs neighbour with a dodgy plumbing system. Fortunately Kris had been recommended to me and on each occasion sorted out the problem. Excellent service. Kris is very polite took time to explain boiler options and possible problems we might encounter. All in all very happy with new boiler & radiators on budget too.

Needed a new gas boiler got few plumbers round for a quote and chose Kris for his punctuality in coming to scope job, obvious professionalism and likeable manner. For job itself came when he said he would ,finished on time ,came in on price and tidied up afterwards. Well pleased. More...
Out of hours call for a leak. Good response time. Sorted problem within an hour. Reasonable cost and good friendly service. What's not to like?
Great service from Llandaff Heating & Plumbing. My boiler broke down and Kris came out to diagnose. Fixed later that week with no fuss, good prices and punctuality - arrived exactly when he said he would. There was potential for the entire boiler to be replaced - some plumbers would have advised this straight away, rather than fixing it. Instead Kris fixed the boiler (new pump), instead of costing me thousands. As a result, more likely to use him to replace the boiler when it finally packs in. More...
Chris turned up at the exact time he specified - did a great job - problem solved within half an hour. Great customer service - would recommend.
Chris installed a new thermostatic shower. He made 2 calls, initially to advise on the best model for fitting and subsequently to undertake the job. He is very customer focused and ensures that the householder is fully satisfied before leaving the premises. I had a leak from my en-suite shower which came through the ceiling in my dining room, Chris came as an emergency call out and the problem was fixed in two days (would have been sooner but waiting for delivery of part), His service was second to none and I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely be using their services in the future.
