Very disorganised - missed appointments and had to rearrange numerous times. Asked for extra money and tried to wing it. Argued when I asked for an invoice and it turns out they sent a random engineer who didn't even know who he was sent by. Had problems after the job and they came up with different stories on what the problem could be. Then when they visited they caused even more problems which they then refused to fix even though they caused them. Rotten company - don't part your hard earned money with them!
