I could not be more pleased. The standard of every aspect is exceptional and everyone who sees it is really impressed."

I had a double garage that was a dumping ground. I could not be more pleased. The standard of every aspect is exceptional and everyone who sees it is really impressed.
I've worked with many builders as a property developer. Patrick and his team are by far the best I've worked with. Turned up on time, completed the work very efficiently and left the site tidy every day. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
Lody built a very average extension - made some mistakes - and have left us with a lot of work to do that we should not be having to do if their sub-contractors had done their work correctly. They certainly are not the worst company - but are equally not the best - they are very average for these days.
