Umair had to cancel the first appointment for personal reasons but came on time for the second appointment. Umair was very polite and did a good job fixing the leak. He seemed quite knowledgeable. Thank you."

Was unable to fix the issue (manufacturer issue), but did a great job trying. Advised a manufacturer called out. Very honest and fixed a broken hot water tap which we had been told by 2 other tradespeople was unfixable.
