"Russell was very helpful and suggested the best type of alarm for us to upgrade to. He was polite, on time and very tidy. Since installation, a sensor has been broken by a decorator and Russell tried to helped us switch this off over the phone - when we got stuck, he came and did it for us at no extra cost. I would thoroughly recommend him."
