"We had just moved into a new house - Louise was personable, explained everything, and went the extra mile to reprogram the automatic heating / thermostat so we are now toasty. Service was done efficiently and tidily. Boiler is safe and working now as efficiently as possible. 100% recommend."

He quoted me the costs of the replacement the next day, got the vessel and completed the job the following day in just over an hour. It took less than 48 hours from first contact to completion.
