He entered into the spirit of me not knowing exactly how the unusual tiles were going to be used, worked calmly around me sourcing things a little last minute and was always encouraging and collegiate about working towards a beautiful space with great impact. As our house was previously an HMO, so there was some very shoddy prior work and potentially dangerous things to remedy, he did them without fuss, for a fair price and kept it very calm all the way through."
