We felt that Mike continually considered what it would be like to live in the completed project during the building phase and he liaised with us to make many changes to improve the look, feel and livability of the end project. Simple but effective touches, like cutting bricks down to half height to ensure the lowest possible threshold heights of our external doors. Other changes included changing the planed window dimensions slightly so they aligned better with the brick-work or other windows. Fantastic!"
