"This is the third time that we have worked with Mark. He is always polite and careful, and does very good work. He responded positively to spec changes on the way through, and made a lot of useful suggestions, many of which we adopted (for example a change in cladding material). Some issues are inevitable on a large project such as this, but these were always addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. At all times I felt that Mark was doing what we wanted, rather than blindly following the spec. One of the best small builders around Hampshire, and always our first call."

The job was discussed and planned and a quote received which was a very fair price for the work to be carried out. The repair was completed to a great standard and the site left very clean and tidy afterwards. This was a complete New Build Detached House in Clanfield plus additional works as required. It was nice to be able to let MJDaly Construction carry out the work with no concerns.
