"After being let down by previous builders who quoted me Macram was recommended to me by a friend of a friend, they quickly came around (within 2 days) to take a look at the job, get to know myself and my husband and understand what we were looking for. What really stood out is that they offered suggestions in how it could work better for us, alternatives where cost savings were an option and were very open on how these savings would be reflected onto us. When leaving on their first visit, they left us with a brochure as well as an example payment plan, they were completely transparent."
