"Charlie (Lorenzini) is what every contractor should be – quick to identify the problem and prepared to roll up his sleeves and get on fixing it. He’s also extremely courteous and helpful at every stage. He even came out to do the second part of the job on a Sunday, knowing we were stuck without hot water and cooking facilities. A shining example to all others."
