"Mark and his team did a full kitchen diner extension for us earlier this year. They followed our plans and even came up with some new ideas that have worked wonders. They turned up every day and worked like troopers. Very precise in their approach and they cleaned up everyday. If you want a reliable hard working team that do the work to an excellent standard, you need Marben Construction. I will be calling them again on my next building project. 10/10"

"Refurbishment a d conversion work to a block of flats. Sound proofing work, kitchen installation, steel work for a new balcony/landing. Glass balustrades, Complete decoration throughout 7 flats and communal areas. Electrical and fire alarm installations. Scaffolding and Roofing repairs. Carpentry and plastering wotks. It's a conversion into 7 apartments from a large Victorian building on the St Leonards sea front. Mark has good attention to detail, is very professional in how he conducts himself and is totally reliable. He is always looking to see how things can be done better or more economically of both time and cost."

We have carried out a large 2 storey extension, complete refurbishment of the house including, full rewire of electrics, full central heating system & underfloor heating. Structural steel beams, new timber sash windows, full decorations internally and externally. Extensive Groundworks and hard landscaping of the grounds. Extension and extensive remodelling of four bedroom house with all related works. Carried out with enthusiasm and professionalism. Mark and his team were very reliable throughout the many months it took to complete the work.
