"Marius came when he said he would, worked continuously, wasted no time sourcing parts (his wife did that while he carried on working) and completed the task satisfactorily. An unexpected problem was encountered but he dealt with it (including the necessity for extra parts and labour) and didn't change the price quoted for the job (he probably could have justified doing so). Very satisfied."
