I originally booked Liam to come and lay tiles for my mums bathroom and kitchen back in March. Liam was prompt in replying to enquiries and quotes. A few days after competition we noticed that the tiles were uneven, grouting was incomplete and extremely bad finishing around the toilet. We initially contacted Liam to come and rectify the job and it took him several months to come and inspect it. The tiles still remain unfinished and incomplete despite scheduling return dates to finish the work and was a no show.
Liam is friendly and gets the job done quickly, tiles look great!

Get a written quote that itemises access (scaffolding or a tower), the exact materials, and the workmanship guarantee — not a vague day rate.
