They were really easy to communicate with ahead of time and throughout the three week process, listened to what I was looking for (not always the case with tradespeople), and very professional and pragmatic with dealing on the go with the unexpected quirks of old flats and prior questionable work (turns out the corners in the room weren't exactly 90 degrees, etc). Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends."
