"Jon was excellent from start to finish. I originally booked him to do a water pressure test on a flat I was buying but in doing that test he discovered that the macerator under the kitchen sink was faulty. Jon diagnosed the fault straight away. He was calm and efficient throughout and said that while they were not easy jobs to do he was prepared to do it. Jon was light hearted throughout. I bought the house and booked Jon to replace the macerator. He not only did that but replaced all the old pipes as well. I cannot recommend Jon highly enough."
